The case of the Prosecution is that on 08.07.2019 at about 10:30 P.M Vishal and his friend Ravi, were walking in Ram Leela Park, Nehru Nagar, Delhi, when the Accused/ Appellant Ravi Kumar Meena and Rajan (since expired) asked for the keys of his scooty. When Vishal refused to give the keys, Appellant slapped Vishal and Ravi.
