The petitioner has annexed 56 orders passed under Section 67 of the Code and has sought their execution by filing the present petition. 3. Besides the fact that filing of a PIL seeking execution of orders passed under Section 67 of the Code cannot be countenanced, the petitioner has chosen not to implead a single affected person as party respondent to the present petition.
