By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties for removal of encroachment made on land bearing Plot Nos.240 and 241 measuring 0.1010 hectare and 0.0700 hectare respectively, which is are public utility lands situated in Village- Sailkha, Pargana- Aldemau, Tehsil- Jaisinghpur, Sultanpur. 3.
