By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s) :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party No. 02 (District Magistrate, District-Sitapur) to act upon the inquiry report dated 19.09.2025 submitted by Block- Pisanwa, District-Sitapur against Gram Pradhan, Gram- Bahubani, District- Sitapur, opposite party No.05 and others for misappropriation of government money. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party No. 02 (District Magistrate, District-Sitapur) to take require legal action on the report of inquiry committee, submitted by Block Development officer, Block- Pisanwa, District-Sitapur."
