Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has now received instructions to the effect that Gaushala has been closed and all the 98 cows are being shifted to Gram Panchayat Kadipur Sani, District Lakhimpur Kheri, which is about 10 kms away from the existing Gaushala, where a permanent Gaushala has already been constructed. The existing Gaushala, where these 98 cows were being kept, is infact on a land belonging to U.P. Co-operation Federation Limited and was a temporary Gaushala. The said U.P.
