HON'BLE ABDHESH KUMAR CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Heard. 2. Shri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents states that on a complaint of the petitioners enquiry was got conducted. Based on the enquiry report show cause notices were issued to the Gram Pradhan and the Panchayat Secretary. After considering their response, action has been ordered against the Panchayat Secretary who was found guilty, but not against the Gram Pradhan. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to proceed any further in this Public Interest Litigation. If there is any other cause and the petitioners have locus standi, they may pursue other remedies, as prescribed under law. 4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (Abdhesh Kumar Chaudhary,J.)
