By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachments over gaon sabha land bearing Gata No.192 measuring 0.0228 hectare and Gata No.114 measuring 0.78080 hectare situated in Village Sankrawan, Pargana and District Amethi made by the opposite parties no.5 to 7. 3. It has been submitted in the petition that in Case No.5020 of 2022, under Section 67 of U.P.
