By means of the instant petition filed in public interest litigation, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties for enforcement of orders dated 08.03.2018, 25.03.2019 and 07.03.2024 passed by the competent authority regarding removal of encroachment made on Gata No. 271 measuring 0.97 hectare which is recorded as talab and Lekhpal Bhawan in the revenue records and realisation of damages from opposite party no. 7. 3.
