This petition, purportedly, in public interest has been filed by the petitioner alleging illegal mining at Village-Mayil-Khadar, Pargana- Salempur Majhauli, Tehsil- Barhaj, District-Deoria. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that a purported representation has been made to the Deputy Chief Minister alleging illegal mining that also without any particulars and the same has been made the basis for filing of the present PIL. Apparently, the respondents No.2 to 7 have not even been approached with the allegations pertaining to the illegal mining. 3. Filing of PILs by sending cursory representations to unconcerned authorities and then approaching this Court, cannot be countenanced. 4.
