This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to disclose the income received from the Bainet Club, Kasya, District-Kushinagar. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that petitioner was Secretary of the said Club, which is registered under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and apparently, in view of the disputes pertaining to the said Society, Authorized Controller has been appointed qua which, it is claimed that the property of the Club has been declared as Government property, which is under challenge in Writ - C No. 60696 of 2012, filed by the petitioner himself. 3.
