This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of encroachments over chak road no. 79 and recover damages from respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner having a personal dispute with respondent nos. 7, 8 & 9 pertaining to Khasra no. 2042 regarding which he claims to be owner and alleges that respondent no. 7 has taken possession of the said plot in colour of his uniform being a police personnel. 3. In view thereof, filing of the present petition purportedly in public interest cannot be entertained. 4. Besides the same, learned Standing Counsel points out that already proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending against respondent no. 7. 5.
