This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to take necessary action for laying remaining sewer lines of Maharshi Colony and raise RCC Road only after construction of drains both sides of proposed road. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the road in question has already been constructed without doing the needful, as prayed and therefore, for the present the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner to raise the issue as raised in the present petition, in view of the subsequent development, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
