This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents authorities to stop illegal overloading of sugarcane in transport vehicles. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for bald assertions made in the present petition as well as in the representation, no statutory aspect has been indicated in the petition for supporting the cause sought to be espoused. 3. We do not find any reason to entertain the petition of such a cursory nature especially when the same has been filed by an advocate claiming himself to be National President of Central Public Complaint Redressal Forum. 4.
