From a perusal of the record, it appears that the road in question has been included in the sanctioned plan during the year 2025-26. 2. Counsel for the respondents prays for time to indicate as to by when before March 2026, the road in question is proposed to be reconstructed by the respondents. 3. Needful may be done before the next date. 4. List on 02.02.2026, as fresh." 3. Today, learned Standing Counsel says that only financial approval is required to be taken and, thereafter, the road shall be constructed. 4. The road should be constructed by the end of financial year 2026, for which it has been included in the Work Plan under the Rajya Sadak Nidhi Yojna. 5.
