This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by a practising lawyer inter alia seeking quashing of the declaration of respondent no. 7 as an examination centre for 2026, quashing the defective inspection report dated 04.09.2025 as illegal, unreliable and non-est in law and further relief has been sought to immediately remove/underground shifting of high tension wire and restrain the respondents from conducting the examinations at the said unsafe institution. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that while the plea raised by the petitioner is on account of the high tension electricity line passing nearby the school in question, the principal relief claimed is that the said school/inter college be not used as an examination centre.
