This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to ensure removal of water logging and blockage at Village Nasirpur @ Naharpur, Gram Panchayat Tajuddinpur, Block Soraon, District Prayagraj. 2. The respondents were directed to produce instructions. 3. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the land in question was that of some pit, wherein by encroachment the constructions have been undertaken resulting in water logging taking place. Further submissions have been made that efforts were made to construct drain etc., however, the residents objected to the same and, therefore, the same could not be undertaken. 4. Now, the respondents have identified one place for construction of soak pit and that in case there is no dispute raised in this regard,
