This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking action against respondents no. 6 and 7 in relation to Nazul land bearing Arazi No. 1790, area 0.182, situated in Andar Hada Lalitpur, District Lalitpur. 2. Submissions have been made in the petition that the land in question is Nazul land and that the respondents are in wrongful possession of the said land and that despite repeated representations made in this regard, no action has been initiated by the authorities for getting the Nazul land vacated from the respondents and therefore, action in this regard be taken. 3.
