This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to stop the running of brick kiln (respondent No.5) which is being operated in violation of the pollution control laws. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Pollution Control Board has produced the order dated 11.02.2026, inter alia, indicating that after issuing notice to the respondent No.5 dated 19.12.2025, on finding the violation as alleged, the said brick kiln has been ordered to be closed down. 3.
