This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to respondents to initiate an inquiry against the officials concerned, who are involved in excess payment to respondent Nos. 8 to 13 of a land Arazi No. 943 situated in Village Mai Kharagpur, District Azamgarh and recover the excess amount paid from respondent Nos. 8 to 13. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that nowhere in the petition the petitioners have disclosed their credentials, as required by provisions of Chapter XXII Rule 1(3A) of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 as well as the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Uttarakhand Vs. Balwant Singh Chaufal and others : 2010 AIR SCW 1029. 3. Besides the above, the entire petition
