This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by Auto Tempo and Three-wheeler Drivers' Association seeking a direction to respondent no.4 not to take illegal extortion fee from the drivers of the Auto, Tempo and Three-wheeler. 2. Filing of PIL of present nature, wherein a direction has been sought against respondent no.4 not to indulge in alleged illegal activity, cannot be countenanced. The allegations against respondent no.4 pertaining to committing illegality, cannot be restricted by passing an order by this Court.
