This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the stagnated water and the wet garbage and renovate the place named as 'Satal Taliya (Naya Pura Bandhan Ward), Mahoba'. 2. Submissions have been made that on account of stagnated water, the same is creating a lot of issues. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner made a representation on 13.07.2025 and annexed pictures of the relevant time, however, thereafter a representation has purportedly been filed on 22.12.2025 and the petition has been filed on 02.02.2026. 4. The petition nowhere indicates the present status of the location in question.
