This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent no.2 to take action against respondent no.4 for removal of the brick kiln from the locality situated in Village Moti Nagar, Asfabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Firozabad. 2. Submissions have been made that the brick kiln is working contrary to the provisions of the applicable Rules and without seeking permission from the Pollution Control Board ('the Board'). 3.
