This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to the respondents to inquire into the complaint made by the petitioners against respondents no. 6 to 9. 2. When the matter came up before the Court, the respondents were directed to ensure that the documents, as required, are made available to the inquiring authority and a report is produced. 3. The report has been produced, inter alia, indicating that the inquiry was conducted and after inquiry, the allegations made in the complaint were found to be incorrect.
