Vashishtha, Vivek Kumar Singh Chief Justice's Court HON'BLE ARUN BHANSALI, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE KSHITIJ SHAILENDRA, J. 1. This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the recognition/affiliation granted to respondent No. 5 for lack of infrastructure. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that while disclosing the credentials, the petitioner has claimed himself as a public spirited person and that he is earning his livelihood as a stenographer/typist in the Civil Court, Jaunpur. 3. The documents filed along with the petition and the nature of representation (Annexure-6) sent by the petitioner, clearly reflect that the petitioner being the stenographer/typist cannot have access to the information and the material, which has been produced/incorporated in the representation and apparently, he is acting at the behest of someone else. 4.
