This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner alleging illegal encroachment inter alia on Chakmarg as well as the Pokhra. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for producing two representations made on 13.12.2025 and 17.01.2026, no further material has been filed in support of the allegations made. Further, for the allegations made pertaining to encroachment on the Chakmarg, the petitioner has remedy under Sections 25 and 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same, therefore, stands disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the authorities in accordance with law. (Kshitij Shailendra, J) (Arun Bh
