This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking conclusion of the inquiry against respondent nos.5 and 6 within stipulated time. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that on 16.10.2024, the petitioner was required to remain present during the inquiry. 3. As to what happened thereafter, has not been indicated. Further, counsel for the petitioner has also not indicated as to in last about 15 months, what action was taken by the petitioner to find out the status of the inquiry. 4. In view thereof, no case for entertaining the present petition is made out, the same is therefore, dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
