This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking constitution of a joint special investigation/enforcement team to inquire into evasion of Mandi Fee and Development Cess in District Prayagraj. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner himself is a Trader/Commission Agent, however, the said aspect has not been disclosed in the petition and he has claimed himself as a farmer in the affidavit. Further the representation made is absolutely cursory and omnibus and allegations have been made without any further material. 3.
