This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the authorities to stop the alleged illegal mining over Khasra Nos. 553 and 554, situated in village Issapur Khurgan, Kairana, District Shamli. 2. Submissions have been made based on the conditions of lease-deed that the lease conditions are being violated. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the nature of complaints, which have been filed by the petitioner, is totally different wherein allegations have been made regarding wrongfully obtaining the lease and likelihood of undertaking mining beyond the prescribed area and that Khasra Nos. 553 and 554 are close to electricity line and that the grant of mining lease would result in destroying the already precarious roads. 4.
