This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to delete the names of illegally entered voters in the Panchayat Voter (Provisional) List, 2025 based on the certificate dated 02.10.2025 issued by the Gram Pradhan. 2. The petitioner is seeking correction in the provisional voters list based on a selfsame certificate issued by the Pradhan. 3. The voters list has been issued in terms of the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Registration of Electors) Rules, 1994, which prescribe for a complete mechanism for raising objections and their disposal, in accordance with law. Filing of the petition for the said purpose, purportedly in public interest, cannot be countenanced. 4. The petition is therefore, dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to
