This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to comply with the order dated 18.12.2025 within a stipulated time. 2. Submission has been made that on a complaint made by the petitioner, the District Collector required the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to enquire into the complaint and take necessary steps. 3. Further submission has been made that despite the order, nothing has been done and therefore, the District Collector may be directed to comply with the order. 4. Filing of the present petition, essentially in the nature of seeking execution of the order passed by the District Collector, cannot be countenanced. 5.
