This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the encroachment over the road starting from Avinash Tent House near Ashok Market to Om Jewelers, situated in Mohalla Naika, Jhunsi, Prayagraj and ensure proper passage, lighting and drainage to avoid the water logging on the said road. 2. A perusal of the petition as well as the pictures annexed with the petition, does not reflect as to which part of the construction the petitioner is claiming as encroachment. 3. On repeated queries made from the counsel for the petitioner also, he was not able to point out the alleged encroachment. 4.
