Heard Ms. Deepti Gupta, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rahul Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. representing all the opposite parties. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove encroachment made over the government land which is public road bearing Gata No.731 measuring 0.0730 hectare in Village- Vishunpur, Belbhariya, Tehsil and District- Gonda. 3. On the basis of written instructions, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has informed that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P.
