This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the respondents to restrain respondent No. 4 from making construction over the land of Gata No. 15, situated at Nagar Panchayat, Daniyal, Post- Daniyal Mustkam, Block-Swar, District- Rampur, recorded as banjar as per the revenue record. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for few representations, apparently sent only with a view to file the present petition before this Court, no material worth the name has been produced on record for substantiating the allegations as made in the petition. 3.
