This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the authorities to take action against respondent no. 5- Village Pradhan. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that complaint made by the petitioner is pending consideration before the Lokayukta, Uttar Pradesh, wherein the report has been sought which has been submitted by the respondents. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already approached Lokayukta, filing of the petition independent of the pending complaint, cannot be countenanced.
