This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner-Trust seeking to question the validity of the order dated 22.04.2025 and communication dated 20.08.2025, issued by the respondents. 2. The order and the communication pertain to holding of driving test under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 ('the Act') at the driving test tracks of the driving training institutes. 3. A perusal of the petition, indicates that several issues have been raised pertaining to the orders being contrary to the provisions of the Act and the Rules, however, one of the grounds raised in the petition pertains to depriving the training centers of the tracks during working hours. 4.
