There are counter affidavits of the District Magistrate, Sultanpur on record wherein it is stated that two enquiries got conducted and thereafter a decision had been taken to get further enquiry conducted. The Additional Chief Standing Counsel is not aware as to whether the enquiry has been completed. Be that as it may, if there is any cause, the petitioner may approach the District Magistrate, Sultanpur, who shall take appropriate action in the light of the affidavit filed by him/on his behalf, unless the enquiry has already been completed, and appropriate decision/action has been taken.
