This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking enforcement of transfer order dated 30.06.2023. 2. Submissions have been made that though order dated 30.06.2023 transferring respondent no. 4 has been passed, he continues to work at the place from where he was transferred and, therefore, respondents be directed to execute the order of transfer. 3. The petitioner has claimed himself as a public spirited person and social worker and his occupation, he has indicated in his status, is a social worker. Indication made in the petition claiming occupation as social worker at the age of 32 years and not disclosing the actual credentials for the purpose of maintaining the petition in relation to the subject matter of the petition, is contrary to the requirements
