By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s) :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite party no.2 to 5 to constitute the District Level Technical Team for physical and technical verification of the amount withdrawn from the Gram Panchayat from the year 2021 to till now by the opposite party no.6 & 7 by showing only paper work, and the applicant may also informed at the time of investigation, so that the petitioner could cooperation in the inquiry." 3. The allegations are against the opposite party no.6 and 7 i.e. Khand Vikas Adhikari, Vikas Khand Tejwapur, District Bahraich and the Secretary Gram Panchayat Behatabhaya, Vikas Khand Tejwapu
