This petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the decision of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Basti to set up a statue on Ranjeet Chauraha. 2. Submissions have been made that the width of the road is too narrow to set up the statue at the Chauraha and the concerned Circle Officer (Traffic) has already indicated that the location is not appropriate. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad has produced an Office Order dated 21.01.2026, copy whereof has been sent to the petitioner also, inter alia indicating that the work relating to installation of statue at the concerned Chauraha has been suspended and for reconsideration, the same would be taken up in the next Board meeting. 4. In view of the above fact-situation wherein, presently, the respondents have suspended the work relating to insta
