This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to establish 100KV transformer in Village-Parashi Chaklal, Tehsil- Salempur, District-Deoria. 2. Submissions have been made that the installed transformer does not have sufficient capacity and therefore, the respondents be directed to install 100KV transformer. 3. In the petition as well as the representations made, except for repeatedly demanding installation of 100 KV transformer and indicating that there are repeated faults, no other technical aspect has been placed on record seeking to establish the plea sought to be raised. 4.
