This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking setting aside of the entire selection of 9575 posts of Anganbari workers in 32 districts of the State being in violation of Section 34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Government Order dated 21.03.2023. 2. The petition has been filed seeking to question the lack of reservation for persons with disabilities in the various advertisements issued by the District Programme Officer in the month of November, 2025, based on which a prayer has been made that all the 9575 selections be set aside. 3. Though a specific prayer seeking setting aside of the selections has been made, none of the selected candidates have been impleaded as party respondents to the
