By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of a road constructed on Gata No.278 measuring 0.849 hectare situated at Village- Bhagatpur, Tehsil- Lalganj, Pratapgarh, which is recorded as pond land and has also sought recovery of the Government money spent in construction of the road from the opposite party No.6-Block Development Officer. 3.
