This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to construct a permanent public road in Village-Tarsi to Village-Rampur in District-Mathura and also connect the same to the main road. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner and other villagers have been making representations for the construction of the road, however, filing of the petition before this Court seeking a mandamus in this regard, cannot be countenanced, inasmuch as, the sanctioning of the construction of the roads depends on several factors including the availability of funds as well as the priority required to be given to other competing interest. 3. In that view of the matter, no direction, as sought, can be issued in the present petition, however, it is expe
