This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the auction/tender notice dated 01.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the auction notice has been withdrawn on 16.01.2026 and therefore, no cause of action survives and the petition be dismissed as having become infructuous. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings, in case, the said auction/tender notice is revived/fresh such notice is issued.
