By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought direction for removal of encroachment from land bearing gata no. 857 measuring 0.287 hectare situated at Village Gogmau, Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi which is recorded as pond land. 3. The petitioner alleges that the opposite parties no. 6 to 8 have made encroachment on the pond land. 4. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gauriganj, Amethi, the learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court that a building construction was made whereupon it is found that the opposite party no. 7 has not made encroa
