By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment over land bearing Gata Nos.493/0.0320 hectare and 495/0.0550 hectare situated at Village- Shivpur Mahanth, Tehsil-Utraula, Balrampur. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Utraula, the learned Standing Counsel has stated that the encroachment has already been removed. 4. A copy of written instructions is taken on record. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made in the written instructions. 6.
