Issue an order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos. 2 & 3 that in event, material comes on record to show that there has been misappropriation of fund of SBM(G) in the name of construction of toilets in Gram Panchayat Daulatpur, Block- Trivediganj, District Baraban
