By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made over land Gata No.164 measuring 0.0620 hectare situated at Village- Khushekhpur, Tehsil- Lambhua, Pargana- Chanda, Sultanpur which is recorded as Chak Marg. 3. On the basis of written instruction provided by SDM, Lambhua, Sultanpur, the learned Standing Counsel has submitted that Case No.T2011046833 was instituted under Section 122 (B) of U.P. Z.A. L.R.
