Heard Sri Maneesh Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dheeraj Ojha, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. This is an application for recall of an order dated 08.01.2026 passed by this Court in PIL No. 1282 of 2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid writ petition was filed concealing the fact that earlier PIL No. 1042/2024 was filed by 18 petitioners and the petitioner Mohd. Shamim was one of them. That writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn by means of an order dated 02.12.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. The subsequent PIL was filed after concealing the aforesaid fact and, therefore, the order dated 08.01.2026 is liable to be recalled. 4. A perusal of the order dated 08.01.2026 reveals that the
