By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on land bearing Gata No.712 measuring 0.253 hectare situated at Village- Pure Badyrai, Pargana- Rokha, Tehsil- Tiloi, Amethi, which is recorded as pond. 4.
